We encourage brides to store your gown in the provided garment bag. Don’t worry about it getting wrinkled, as we will steam it for you at no additional cost at your final alteration fitting. If you are using an outside source for alterations, you can call the boutique the week of the wedding and we will steam it for you, again at no additional cost.
We recommend you store your gown in a dry, cool location. Not in direct sunlight or moisture. No moth balls or sulfur water, as this will damage beading on the dress.
Due to limited space, J. Collection Bridal does not store gowns past 30 days of being received.
